Meme time! The Golden 11  
The Rules: The instructions are simple: choose your eleven favorite musical artists, then your favorite song by each, and provide a link (YouTube if possible) so the world can share in the crème de la crème of your musical tastes. This list is probably different than your eleven favorite songs, which is why you choose the artists first.

Internet, I think I want to smack George for coming up with this. I don't have 11 favorite bands or artists. I have a bajillion. I think I cut it down to the ones that, were I stuck on an island with only George and music by these people, on repeat, for FOREVER, I would not sobbingly ask him to gnaw my ears off after the first month, aka I could totally listen to them forevs. Picking JUST ONE song from each of them? Tough. Especially when I kept thinking, "But I like x song better!" Yeah, but that band didn't make my top 11. Dangit.

So, here's this. 1 - 11 from least most favoritest to most most favoritest. Enjoy. And tag, you're all it.

I am from Buddy Holly's hometown, went to his high school, and met Peggy Sue. Not the sharpest crayon in the box.

Wow! You've got some incredibly diverse musical taste, my friend. Great, great list! And some stuff here that I've never encountered before. Nice! I just finally finished my list, much to Erin's delight. haha! I've been agonizing over it for a loooooong while now. Oh, we obsessive types. Definitely smack George for coming up with this meme. ;)

I still like this list. And I just noticed how many solo female artists are. Great choices. =)
